COVID-19 Changes

Visiting Ice Patch Hollow? Here is what you need to know!

  • Masks are MANDATORY for adults and children for ages 4 and up for entry into and out of the building, and washroom visits. Exceptions are eating, drinking and playing inside of the playground.
  • Please bring only 1 caregiver per group of children if possible.
  • Please do not bring in outside food to the playground. The dining area has been removed so only snacks and beverages will be for sale.
  • Ice Patch Hollow will be operating at 33% capacity so only 50 people at one time are allowed in the building. Please social distance while moving through the building.
  • Parties are still taking place but please limit invitations to 10 child guests. Please try to encourage parents to leave and pick up children after the party. Balloons will no longer be provided in the party rooms but you are welcome to bring your own. Also catering is no longer available.
  • The air guns will not be available until the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

Ice Patch Hollow recognizes that these new rules are not fun and we also know that opinions vary greatly on the best way to handle this situation but, as a responsible and community-minded business, we have decided to follow the guidelines set forth from the province of Nova Scotia. It is our sincere wish that this will change soon and we can start easing up on these restrictions, getting back to a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. 🙂
