Sign Waiver
To participate at Ice Patch Hollow during parties and walk-ins, a parent/guardian is required to sign a liability waiver listing each child under their supervision at the playground.
To save time, we encourage you to complete your waiver online before arrival. Otherwise, you will be asked to sign a waiver when you enter the grounds. (A signed waiver can be reused for all future visits.)
Complete your waiver online by clicking the “Sign Your Waiver” tab below or by linking to our waiver form directly. If you’ve booked a party with us, share this link in advance with other parents/guardians bringing children to your event.
